As students, we learn a tone of scientific knowledge. A great way not to forget part of the knowledge we do not apply in our everyday jobs is by recording oneself explaining those interesting concepts we may not need to use daily. (Even though we do not use everything we learn, we can't foresee what concepts we might need in the future.)
